Mô tả công việc
Identify and develop potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, networks, inbound leads, etc.)
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities
Work directly with clients to understand their needs, propose suitable solutions, and support deal closing
Maintain strong relationships with clients during and after project delivery
Track payment progress and support cash flow management
Conduct market research to explore and expand into new markets
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
Support the Development Team in client communications when needed
Yêu cầu
Around 2 years of experience in Sales (B2B experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
Comfortable using English for work (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or able to communicate with global clients)
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proactive, persistent, and eager to learn
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience in eCommerce, especially related to fulfillment, dropshipping, or payment
Exposure to international clients or global markets

Compensation: Base salary (12-17M VND) + Commission. Total income up to 25M VND/month (based on performance)
