Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and gather data on target companies; conduct daily cold calls (approx. 20 calls) and send targeted emails (approx. 10 emails) to connect with decision-makers like HR, Procurement, or Admin heads.
Client Meetings & Pitches: Arrange and conduct 2 to 3 outdoor client visits daily to pitch Satguru's global travel management solutions and travel management system (TMS) APIs.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Create specialized quotations and service fee structures based on unique client travel requirements; negotiate terms and handle the contract signing process.
Account Onboarding: Coordinate with internal sales and accounting teams to smoothly transition newly acquired corporate accounts for ongoing travel booking services.
MICE & Tour Growth: Proactively look for business opportunities related to corporate events, team-building excursions, and group tour bookings.
Market Intelligence: Monitor travel industry trends, keep track of competitor pricing, and input all lead data regularly into the company CRM

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 to 5 years of experience in
business development, B2B sales, or corporate account acquisition, preferably within the corporate travel, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
Core Skills: Proven capability in lead generation, contract negotiation, client relationship management, and presenting to corporate stakeholders.
Languages: Strong command of English (written and verbal) is highly valued for collaborating with Satguru's international offices and global travel teams.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, sales-driven, comfortable with daily outdoor travel to client offices, and resilient under target-driven KPIs. [1, 3, 4, 5, 6]
