Description
• Lead Generation Strategy & Oversight
Architect and optimize the outbound prospecting engine. Responsible for identifying high-value market segments and ensuring the team has a consistent flow of qualified opportunities through targeted tech-marketing campaigns and strategic account mapping.
• Tactical Deal Coaching & Intervention
Actively participate in the sales cycle to accelerate progress.
• Sales Process Engineering
Develop and enforce a high-performance sales deck. Defining the discovery framework, standardizing technical proposal structures
• High-Value Account Acquisition
• Strategic Solution Mapping

• 2 years at relevant positions, prefer Sale-tech/ Sale-service experience
• Sales Tech Stack Optimization
• Solution Architecture & Value Engineering
• Consultative Persuasion
• Adaptive Mentorship
• Colleges/University (Graduated/Ungraduated)
