I. Job Overview
This position will be responsible to develop contract logistics product including customs, trucking, warehousing and valued added service in Seko Vietnam. Working with General Manager and commercial team for setting up the growth target for local-based products, sourcing strategy, managing the sub-contractors, and leading the implementation for new clients.
Setting up and managing the daily operation to achieve the good service level agreed with customers.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop the product competencies of Contract Logistics including but not limited to Customs House brokerage, Trucking, warehousing, and delivery services.
• Working on the sourcing strategy and vendor management program to obtain the best service quality with optimal cost.
• Work with Commercial team to drive the business budget and expansion of inland products in Vietnam.
• Take lead in solution design for inland services as the bundling services of Freight Forwarding or as the local stand-alone solution to customers.
• Be responsible for managing the subcontractors' performance to meet the standard service level required..
• Co-ordinate with regional office and initiate the technology and system development and deployment in Vietnam.
• Be responsible for New client implementation and Operation performance
• Review current and set up new procedures for continuous improvements on local services.

III. Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with major in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract logistics or supply chain management with 2 years at supervisory level.
IV. Job Skills, Personality and Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service- and detail- oriented
• Self-starter, willing to work from a very detailed level.
• Handles pressure and multi-talking.
• Excellent spoken and written English a must.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
