Prospection & Lead creation (prospects/partners)
• Identify and pursue potential prospects, following defined commercial strategy, understanding their business requirements, and presenting our solutions effectively.
• Actively engage with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships.
• Follow up, network, and establish connections with clients and partners in different countries.
Lead management: understanding and defining projects/collaborations
• Understand client's objectives and pain points to support the development of tailored commercial offers.
• Preparing services offers and quotations and defending it during negotiations.
• Briefing operational teams about signed missions to explain client's context and objectives.
Source of Asia representation and specific actions
• Participating in key networking events to promote SOA and establish connections in Vietnam/ASEAN.
• Managing and operating strategic projects linked to direct
business development actions for customers' missions.
Internal strategic development
• Creating an internal prospection strategy in line with business units' objectives and competencies.
• Managing sessions and actions of cross-selling and partnership projects.
• Managing reports with operational teams and the board of management about actions and results.
External strategic development
• Supporting external development actions and projects (attractiveness of our South Korean office, presence in the US and Middle East...).
• Seeking out new external projects (e.g., responding to calls for tender, identifying new business opportunities)
Management
• Business Development will oversee the management of BD executive members, driving them with the aim of achieving the department's commercial and partnership objectives.
• Business Development will be under the dual management of the Head of BD for strategic external development and the COO for internal development.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in international business development.
• Fluent in French and English, Vietnamese would be an asset.
• High level of cross-cultural management & communication skills.
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
• Honest, proactive, social, creative. Able to travel for business trips.
