Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID 17070)
Support the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in developing a comprehensive sales plan and budget to align with the company's and hotel's strategic goals.
Maintain and enhance communication networks to ensure the hotel retains a competitive edge in attracting customers and generating sales opportunities.
Conduct market analysis and propose innovative strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Evaluate sales performance and recommend effective solutions to address challenges or improve results.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly sales reports.
Achieve targeted room night quotas and average rates as outlined in the hotel's annual business plan.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.
Supervise and oversee the activities of Sales Executives, Assistant Sales Managers, and Sales Coordinators.
Requirement
Male/Female.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
