OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
I. Plan the sales strategy for Vietnam, target, budget, resources & process
II. Gain new accounts nationwide which will lead to new revenue streams
III. Maximize profitability by reviewing/linking sales source, market trends, cost allocation and company's capabilities

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching business opportunities, develop strong sales pipelines.
• To identify, analyze and accelerate business growth through new customers, maintain existing business and penetrate more business with an existing customer in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.
• Plan, conduct sales calls/visits and organize appointments.
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs with customer's portfolio matching with The Company's business strategy.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, ensure that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status.
• Able to sell and close a sale deal by effectively negotiating with decision makers to maintain and expand business opportunities.
• Increase volumes and revenues.
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Implementation of business reports to Manager upon request.
• Follow up the business strategy from the Corporate and the Head of Sales.
