Business Development Manager

To explore and develop new business opportunities for contract logistics in Vietnam.
Generate sales leads and formulate business solutions to cope with customer requirements that converts from prospect to new win business
To work closely with field sales team on sales leads and maintain sufficient business opportunities on pipeline
To be responsible for proposal compilation, quotation and presentation for new business inquiries and RFQ/RFP
To coordinate with internal parties for new customer implementation including project plan, solution design, warehouse setup, SOP, cost analysis and contracting etc. ensuring project implementation is in good order
To achieve and exceed sales and profit target being assigned by management
To liaise with vendors ensuring operation performance meeting our cargo-partner and customer requirement.
Build and maintain relationship with customers to ensure long terms partner and loyalty.
