Mô tả công việc
As a Business Development Manager at Decathlon, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for Retail Decathlon Vietnam.
You manage commercial and partnership strategy, execution, and revenue performance with the key objective of optimizing partnership profitability and sustainability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and successful deal closures.
Track and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development activities to senior management.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
Passion for sports.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the sports industry.
Strong understanding of sports market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
