Work closely with the Regional Manager to lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure consistent performance and goal alignment.
Recruit, train, and support the sales team to achieve personal and team KPIs, ensuring all members are aligned with company objectives.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including IBs (Introducing Brokers) and strategic partners.
Analyze and understand the needs and goals of clients, partners, and the sales team to create actionable strategies.
Collect and assess feedback from the sales team regarding market needs and customer concerns; provide effective solutions or escalation.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities; identify company strengths and weaknesses to propose suitable
business development strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to resolve system-related issues, contribute to promotional strategies, and enhance customer
