Market Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers in e-commerce, FMCG, electronics, retail, and manufacturing.
- Build a strong sales pipeline using your network, cold outreach, and industry insights.
Solution Design & Consultative Selling
- Analyze client pain points and design custom logistics solutions (linehaul, distribution, warehousing, last-mile).
- Collaborate with Pricing, Ops, and Product teams to co-create winning proposals.
Sales Closing & Account Growth
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: pitch, negotiate, contract, and onboard.
- Build and manage strategic accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth.
Insight & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to contribute to our go-to-market strategy.
Yêu cầu
3+ years in B2B Sales,
Business Development, or Account Management - preferably in logistics, 3PL, or B2B services.
Proven success in closing large-value deals or long-term service contracts.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and Vietnam's business logistics landscape.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce...) is a big plus.
