Mô tả công việc
• Full-time, on-site ownership of Nexsoft Technologies' strategic partnerships and business pipeline.
• Prospect → qualify → close: research targets, outbound/email/LinkedIn, calls/demos; maintain CRM and deliver weekly pipeline reviews/forecasts.
• Prepare partner materials (company/solution overviews, one-pagers, case studies); coordinate technical scoping with internal teams.
• Negotiate MoUs/MSAs/term sheets; align with Legal/Compliance on communications and regulatory requirements; support due diligence.
• Plan and execute partner launches: joint announcements, webinars/AMAs, co-marketing calendars, referral/affiliate programs; track partner-sourced growth and ROI.
• Represent Nexsoft at industry events; host partner workshops; travel domestically/regionally as needed.
• Report core BD KPIs: pipeline coverage, win rate, time-to-close, activated partners, partner-sourced users/revenue.
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years in BD/Partnerships for tech/fintech/Web3 or global SaaS; proven record closing multi-party deals.
• Excellent English (professional writing & executive-level speaking) - this is the primary working language for partners.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and C-suite communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven; able to model partner ROI and build dashboards; hands-on with CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and spreadsheets.
• Excellent deck writing/storytelling; confident presenter (online/offline).
• Nice to have: existing SEA partner/KOL network, basic contract literacy, experience structuring rev-share/affiliate or bounty programs.
