We're looking for an impactful doer - someone who blends analytical thinking, curiosity, and proactive energy to expand our client base, nurture strong relationships, and drive growth.
As a Business Development / Sales Engager, you'll work at the intersection of market approach pull/push, client acquisition, and solution consulting - bridging client needs with our service capabilities.
Engaging the OFFICIENCE way is about social selling, co-building with the clients, and trust-driven delivery.
You'll turn curiosity into insight, conversations into solutions, and opportunities into long-term revenue & trust.
Reactivate 1000+ meaningful client relationships across regions and industries.
Understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions that deliver value.
Lead consultative conversations - from prospecting and discovery to closing deals.
Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure a good understanding of our capabilities, high-quality services, and client satisfaction.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage your pipeline and track progress.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and key client meetings.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
3+ years in delivery/project roles in IT digital field (including sales & project delivery).
2-3 years in hands-on B2B sales (corporate, consulting, or startup).
Languages: French (required) | English, 3rd language plus
Skills:
Great listener with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Clear communication and strong presentation abilities.
Organised, persistent, and comfortable working cross-culturally.
Studying abroad is a plus as you experience different cultures.
Curious about people, business challenges, and what drives decisions.
A self-starter who combines focus with flexibility.
