Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial go-getter with a deep interest in the healthcare and medical sectors. You will be responsible for identifying feasible and lucrative opportunities, building the necessary ecosystem, and working with internal and external partners to lay the foundation for new ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on healthcare and medical markets (both local and international), including market trends, regulatory frameworks, emerging innovations, and sector-specific challenges.
Identify high-potential business ideas and assess their commercial viability, scalability, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Analyze competitors and map out key players, white spaces, and disruptive trends across healthcare delivery, medtech, diagnostics, wellness, and more.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry experts, advisors, operators, healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, and potential strategic partners.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, finance, legal, operations) to evaluate business models and operational feasibility.
Develop go-to-market strategies and business plans for selected opportunities.
Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and business case presentations to secure internal buy-in and funding.
Drive early-stage execution, including setting up partnerships, pilot programs, and initial operations if an opportunity moves forward
