Mô tả công việc
1. Job purpose:
Support Manager in developing sales initiatives for local fund products, in order to achieve fund-raising targets, and increase investor base and AUM; to plan and execute sales & marketing plans to drive the growth of ETFs, ILP, OEFs by identifying and creating opportunities for the company to attract new distribution partnerships and investors.
2. Main Duties
• Sales
• Create and maintain relationship management with institutional clients through direct meetings and emails.
• Works well with others inside and outside the company, at different levels of seniority.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, conduct coaching/training programs for partners, agencies and clients as requested.
• Achieve sales target.
• Marketing:
- Prepare marketing materials for local fund products.
- Coordinate with clients in marketing planning and activities, organizing seminars and events.
- Contact vendors at assigned area to manage marketing plan and activities of vendor.
• Fund data research
- Conduct research reports for the onshore and offshore fund market data.
- Collect & analyze information regarding competitive products, AUM volatility over time, investor behavior and market trends from multiple sources to provide insights and develop new strategies for business development.
• Business Development:
- Analyze and develop new products with related depts;
- Support other depts on launching new products;
- Relationship with banks, securities companies, and insurance companies.
- Other tasks requested by team leader;

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce or Marketing
• 2-3 years experience in a sales & marketing, fund raising position in the financial services industry.
• Good communication and writing skills in English (in addition, knowing Korean is an advantage)
• Strong networking skill and business relationship management.
• A can-do attitude, creativity, and initiative.
• A professional, hardworking, and ambitious individual.
• Ability to think critically, outstanding presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of social media and web analytics is a strong plus.
