Mô tả công việc
1. Market development & customer search:
Research, identify and approach potential customers in the BFSI industry (banks, finance companies, insurance, securities).
Develop a customer approach plan through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and participating in industry events.
Establish relationships with decision makers (
IT Manager, CTO, CIO) at customers.
2. Consulting & closing contracts:
Coordinate with Pre-sales and Technical teams to analyze customer requirements, build proposals (IT outsourcing services, software development, BnK AI solution, ...).
Negotiate contracts, service terms, and prices.
Monitor deal progress to ensure successful sales closing.
3. Customer data management:
Update customer information, interaction notes and pipeline management on the company's CRM system.
Periodic reports on work performance and sales forecasts.
4. Enhance competitiveness:
Update technology trends and competitors to adjust strategies.
Propose new services to meet BFSI market needs.
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Experience:
University degree in IT, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
Over 1 year of experience in BD/Sales position in IT/Software field. Priority is given to candidates with experience working with BFSI customers.
2. Professional skills:
Required:
Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT outsourcing services (software development).
Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office.
Priority:
Relevant certificates (PMP, ITIL, AWS/Azure).
Understanding of BFSI legal regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, Basel III).
3. Soft skills:
Logical thinking, proactive, ability to work independently and in a team.
English communication (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
