Serve as a key business intelligence partner by leveraging data to analyze business performance across departments, categories, and sales channels.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business performance reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems for management review.
Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions.
Monitor key business indicators and proactively identify risks, gaps, opportunities, and abnormal performance trends.
Design and automate recurring reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, business challenges, and management requests.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT to understand analytical requirements and deliver suitable reporting solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems and business intelligence outputs.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes through data analysis and trend evaluation.
Simplify and visualize data in a clear and meaningful way to facilitate business understanding and decision-making.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders in interpreting reports and improving data literacy.
Continuously explore opportunities to enhance reporting automation, analytical capabilities, and business intelligence processes.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Commercial Analytics, or related analytical roles.
Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer business is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of SQL, database management, or data modeling is an advantage.
Good understanding of KPI management, business performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting automation.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership mindset, high integrity, attention to detail, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
Training and coaching capability is a plus.
Good command of spoken and written English.
