Business Intelligence & Client Delivery
• Lead and manage Business Intelligence projects, including market entry advisory, labor market intelligence, and industry research for foreign investors in Vietnam and ASEAN
• Design research frameworks, develop methodologies, and oversee both primary (interviews, surveys, stakeholder engagement) and secondary research
• Synthesize data into client-ready deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic insights with clear business implications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
• Engage directly with clients to clarify requirements, present findings, and provide advisory support throughout the project lifecycle
Business Development & Proposal Management
• Develop tailored service proposals, scopes of work, and pricing structures aligned with client needs and internal capabilities
• Support lead generation and conversion through market insights, solution positioning, and client follow-ups
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and contribute to the growth of the Business Intelligence practice
Market Research & Thought Leadership
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and investment dynamics in Vietnam and ASEAN
• Produce high-quality written content (e.g., articles, reports, insights) on FDI, industrial development, and sector-specific opportunities
• Contribute to publications such as Vietnam Briefing and support content development for webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial park
developers, government agencies, industry associations, and corporate partners
• Support business matching initiatives and investor engagement activities, including delegations, site visits, and B2B meetings
• Represent Dezan Shira & Associates in client meetings, partner discussions, and external events
German Desk & International Coordination
• Support cross-border projects and collaboration with international desks (including German Desk) on market research and client engagement
• Contribute to bilingual content (English/German) related to investment, regulatory, and business topics in Vietnam and ASEAN
• Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with international partners and clients
• Proven experience in market research, business intelligence, consulting, or related fields, preferably in an international business environment.
• Strong analytical, research, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and external partners.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business recommendations for international audiences.
