The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining workforce-related data infrastructure, delivering analytical models that drive capacity and cost visibility, and translating complex operational data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions across core and extended workforce models.
This position ensures data quality, reporting automation, and analytical rigor across workforce-related datasets, enabling fact-based decisions on capacity, cost structure, and operational readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Workforce Data Modeling & Analytics
Design and maintain workforce-related data models covering headcount, capacity utilization, and production throughput.
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple operational sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Build analytical models to identify trends, anomalies, and structural patterns in workforce datasets.
Data Pipeline & Reporting Infrastructure
Design and maintain automated data pipelines for workforce-related data collection and processing.
Build and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and scheduled reports for operational and management use.
Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and identify gaps in data collection processes.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting effort and improve data freshness
Workforce-Related Cost Data Management
Consolidate and maintain a centralized data repository for workforce-related cost data (internal and outsourced).
Structure and standardize cost datasets to enable meaningful comparisons across workforce models and time periods.
Identify data gaps and inconsistencies in cost reporting and recommend corrective actions.
Serve as the single trusted data source for workforce cost inputs to C&B and commercial discussions.
Data-Driven Insights & Executive Reporting
Produce regular executive-level reports and ad hoc analyses on workforce-related performance and trends.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that enable self-service data exploration for leadership and stakeholders.
Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable narratives and recommendations for decision makers.
Perform scenario-based and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions on workforce investment and configuration.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or workforce analytics.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytical reporting across business domains.
Knowledge of forecasting principles and capacity modeling.
Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced, SQL; Python is a plus).
Good AI/Auto mindset.
Good English communication
Working time: 9h-18h (Mon-Fri)
Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
