The Product Development Sourcing Solutions & Analytics team builds the digital tools to empower the daily operations in the evolving product creation landscape
Work with business teams, technical managers and engineers, to build digital products and features for the footwear product creation process
Responsible for understanding the problems and opportunities, solution ideation and enabling execution
Understand business processes to develop and align digital solution approaches within cross-functional project teams
Drive requirement definition, solution ideation and build products with technical teams, external suppliers and systems consultants
Support the roll-out, feature testing and communication to internal stakeholders and suppliers globally
Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
Set up training materials and user education to empower users to incorporate the tools in their daily work
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar field of studies
4-5 years of experience in digital product, sporting goods, fashion and/or consulting
Fluent in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, analytical thinker
Change master with a good understanding for processes and systems
Execution experience to drive multiple projects
