1. Manage the Business Process Team of Vietnam
2. Manage creation & implementation of SOPs for Operational Departments (Air, Ocean, Customs, etc)
3. Manage creation & implementation of SOPs for Commercial Departments (Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, etc)
4. Manage creation & implementation of SOPs for Supporting Departments (HR, Accounting, IT, etc)
5. Manage creation & implementation of SOPs for Warehousing Solutions
6. Manage creation & implementation of SOPs for Key Customers
7. Manage creation & implementation of SOPs for major Products / Services
8. Ensure established SOPs are being followed
9. Review & Suggest improvements to the SOPs
10. Manage creation & implementation of KPIs for Operational Departments (Air, Ocean, Customs, etc)
11. Manage creation & implementation of KPIs for Commercial Departments (Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, etc)
12. Manage creation & implementation of KPIs for Warehousing Solutions
13. Manage the monitoring of above mentioned KPIs
14. Create Analytical Tools to support General Director with monthly Department evaluation
15. Follow up implementation of the Business Plan for each Branch
16. Manage creation & training of basic Trainings (Outlook, FMS, OTRS, etc)
17. Coordinate with Regional Team's for SOP implementation
18. Coordinate with DATA Quality Team on KPI follow-up
19. Overall follow-up on all Business Process related Topics within Southeast Asia
20. Harmonize Business Structure of the Organization
Yêu cầu
• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics
• excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to an audience
o Fluent English (writing and speaking)
• ability to motivate others and lead change;
• ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes
• a passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change;
• excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;
• a strong interest in all processes of the supply chain;
• a good understanding of information technology as well as MS Office skills
