Business Product Manager

Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5+ years in project/program management, PMO, business analysis or product/operations roles, ideally in e-commerce, tech or a fast-paced digital environment.
• Proven track record delivering technology, automation or data projects end-to-end and driving cross-functional stakeholders to outcomes.
• Solid understanding of AI, automation, data and tech workflows - enough to translate business needs into requirements and challenge solutions (technical/coding background not required).
• Strong project management discipline (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid); familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana or similar.
• Analytical and structured - able to break down ambiguous problems, define metrics and turn data into decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
