Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Electrical, $2600, ID21562):
Regulatory Governance & Compliance Execution:
Oversee all operations within the QA and QC divisions to guarantee full alignment with corporate governance and internal policies.
Ensure all manufactured vehicles/equipment meet specified international and regional codes, including ISO and Australian Standards.
Maintain up-to-date quality criteria and continuously cascade updates to Design Engineering and Toll Project Engineering teams.
Partner closely with engineering leads to operationalize technical compliance across design and production phases.
Quality System Administration & Auditing:
Spearhead the setup, continuous operation, and optimization of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Plan and execute internal audits, certification assessments, and annual surveillance evaluations for ISO 9001 compliance.
Define, negotiate, and standardize internal quality procedures, technical specifications, and operational benchmarks.
Verify that all production line processes conform strictly to domestic and global standards.
Resource, Financial & Data Management:
Direct and monitor departmental budget allocation and expenditure within Quality Management.
Supervise project documentation integrity, ensuring complete records of QC files, Bill of Materials (BOM), and labor hours are backed up on authorized servers.
Control monitoring and measuring instruments, including inventory listing, annual calibration/verification scheduling, licensing, and identification tags.
Defect Control & Strategic Reporting:
Track, resolve, and mitigate both internal and external non-conformance incidents.
Submit comprehensive monthly quality performance reports to the Board of Directors, detailing NCR statistics, root-cause analyses, corrective action status, and financial loss metrics.
Compile, evaluate, and disseminate weekly/monthly statistical quality insights to relevant personnel.
Continuous Improvement & Team Leadership:
Formulate and launch internal and external training programs covering quality assurance, occupational safety, operating procedures, and hazard mitigation.
Conduct annual performance evaluations based on KPIs, operational efficiency, adherence to 5S, and safety regulations.
Act as an organizational change driver to elevate operational performance, fulfill customer orders, and maximize enterprise profitability.

Yêu cầu
Age / Gender: Male/Female, under 45 years old.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC Manager role within electrical or mechanical manufacturing environments.
Having experience in High Voltage Electrical applications within manufacturing plants employing 400 to 600 staff.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC Manager role within electrical or mechanical manufacturing environments.
Having experience in High Voltage Electrical applications within manufacturing plants employing 400 to 600 staff.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
