Report to Marketing Director, North Business Unit Marketing Manager will be incharge of growing total UIP business in Hanoi, developing strategy and execution of marketing programs specifically for Hanoi market.
Area of Responsibility:
North Vietnam (focused in Hanoi), All Categories of UIP.
Responsibilities:
Generates regional customer and consumer insights and translates them into effective marketing and business strategies
Helps develop regional marketing programs and campaigns for the North area
Takes the lead in ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs in the North area
Helps monitor execution of sales and marketing activities in the North area
Takes the lead in ensuring growth targets and business goals are achieved for the North area
Yêu cầu
Professional Background
Degree in Business, Marketing or Pharmacy, Healthcare field
At least 5 years work experience in Marketing for a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare company, ideally with field/sales experience in Pharmacies or Ethical Channels
Competency Requirements
Strong foresight and forward planning.
Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
Must be results oriented, must possess the political will to get things done.
Good in sighting skills is a must. Must also have the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Must demonstrate strong potential in strategy development.
Proven track record in the development and implementation of product marketing within the pharmaceutical sector or an equivalent work related experience.
Focused, determined, agile with strong attention to detail, project management, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and knowledgeable on windows-based software.
Fluent in spoken and written English - strong comprehension is a must.
Willingness and ability to occasionally travel.
