Mô tả công việc
(a) Time & Attendance:
- Check log in /out from employee card
- Update time attendance records to spreadsheet
- Update Leaving (Annual leave, Sick leave, Absence)
- Update OT in spreadsheet
- Take admin role in Time and Attendance system
- Work with IT or Vendors to fix problems relate to system
(b) Report:
- Working hour/overtime hour/leave reports to related departments
- Report of incompliance cases related to working days, Overtime, Leaving, ect to related
department and higher manager
- Adhoc reports requested by Line Manager/Supervisor
- Solve the tickets related to timesheet in the Ad.a system
(c) Other tasks assigned by Supvervisor/manager
Yêu cầu
- Preferred graduated in College/University or equivalent degree
- At least 1 year experiences in HR field
- Good Knowledge & skill of IT related to create/maintain HR database, payroll
- Vietnam Labour Code; Trade union
- SI & HI Regulations
- English communication
- Energetic, creative, outward & pleasant personality
- Good knowledge of Customer Service Skills
- Communication skills
- Time management skills
