Mô tả công việc

Implement company policies such as working regulations, salary and bonus regulations, welfares and benefits, and other allowances.
Control and follow up on attendance records of all staff to ensure full data for payroll.
Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, including salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, and sick leave, based on timesheet records.
Complete final compensation and severance allowance for resigning employees.
Consult with C&B Team Leader to respond to employees' queries on payroll, personal income tax matters, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Follow up on annual leave and other leaves of foreign employees.
Assist C&B Team Leader in preparing labor reports and other reports to local agencies as requested.
Declare social and health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees monthly.
Prepare SHUI report monthly as per mandatory requirements.
Contact related agencies to provide social insurance books and health care cards for employees as per local law and address any arising concerns.
Update healthcare insurance employee list, inform insurer accordingly, and follow up with them for claim documents.
Complete the transferring procedure for Social Insurance Book for leaving staff.
Manage the implementation of health care policy and work closely with healthcare insurance to resolve related issues.
Assist C&B Team Leader in implementing personnel transactions such as promotion, transfer, performance review, and termination.
Control personnel data from officially employed date to resignation, including inputting, updating, maintaining personal data, and filing personal profiles of all staff.
Prepare labor contracts and follow up on renewals.
Handle necessary formalities when staff resign, such as taking over company assets (if any) and informing IT and related departments for follow-up actions (off-boarding process).
Perform other tasks or initiatives as directed by C&B Team Leader.

Yêu cầu

University degree in Law, Business Administration, English, or similar fields.
Good knowledge of Labor law & regulations, SHUI & PIT.
Understanding of current Vietnamese policy on foreign investment & provisions for foreign investors living in Vietnam.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with a foreign manufacturing company or JV.
Experience in HR system management is an advantage. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong numerical & analytical skills.
Attention to detail with high accuracy.
Good problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English.
Careful and accurate.
