Payroll Processing
Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing through HR System
Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and full compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
Benefits & Social Insurance Administration
Prepare, verify, and subm
it supporting documents for Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) claims, including sick leave, maternity, and other statutory benefits.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure statutory benefits are processed accurately and on time.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) Management - Local & Expatriates
Monthly PIT Administration & Declaration
Register and manage PIT tax codes and dependent registrations for employees.
Prepare and submit monthly PIT declarations for both local and expatriate employees.
Monitor tax compliance, reporting deadlines, and supporting documentation requirements.
Expatriate PIT Administration (Priority Focus)
Handle PIT finalization for expatriates, including full-year and non-full-year tax finalization.
Support tax equalization, tax reconciliation, and expatriate-specific compliance matters where applicable.
Coordinate expatriate tax documentation, assignment timelines, and statutory obligations to mitigate tax risks.
Data Management & Others
Prepare, renew, amend, and administer labor contracts, annexes, and related employment documents in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain employee personnel files and supporting documentation in compliance with legal and internal audit requirements.
Maintain and update employee master data through HRIS.
Support other C&B and HR operational tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
College/Bachelor's degree.
Solid hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong expertise in expatriate PIT declaration, tax compliance, and finalization.
Proficient in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage payroll data accurately and efficiently.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations, and other statutory requirements relevant to Compensation & Benefits.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage sensitive information with integrity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
