- Communicate and advise employees about government regulations and company policies concerning salaries, bonuses and benefits.
- Proceed payment concerning salaries and wages, bonuses and benefits.
- Monitor and maintaining timekeeping of Manages and above.
- Check and reporting weekly and monthly HR reports (Labor cost, capacity, output, man-hour...)
- Prepare monthly payroll all employees.
- Monitor and propose appropriate adjustment on salary, bonus and benefit plans in year.
- Follow and proceed annually salary review and end year bonus review.
- Assist job analysis and job evaluation for reviewing and improving salary structure and remuneration system.
- Participate salary surveys.
- Update changes to government's minimum wage regulation and following fluctuation on salary in labor market and proposing appropriate adjustments to
HR Manager/ Director.
- Analyze salary and labor hour and calculate labor cost.

- Preparing salary and bonus statistic reports to authority.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to HR Manager/ Director on labor hours, salaries, bonuses and benefits.
- Implementing other tasks assigned by HR Manager/ Director.
1.2. Educations & training
- University degree. Major in HR management is preferred.
- Excellent in calculation skill, analysis skill and computer skill (excel, access).
1.3. Experiences & Qualifications
- Well known in Labor code of Vietnam.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- As least 2 year relevant experience.

- Careful and accurate.
