Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Review timesheets and payroll, directly calculate salaries for all employees and pay salaries according to the process.
• Budgeting of HR for Corporate.
• Monitoring budgeting at some subsidiaries.
• Carry out the Corporate payroll calculation monthly.
• Checking payroll of subsidiaries and report to HRD.
• Make HR internal reports of Corporate.
• Support HRD in checking reports of subsidiaries.
• Report on decreasing and increasing of social insurance and health insurance, resolving social insurance regulation for staffs.
• Report on decreasing and increasing labor to Department of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA).
• Support HRD in creating, carrying out and updating C&B policies.
• PIT declaration.
• PIT finalization of Corporate's staff.
• Corporate staff's data filing.
• Support HRD in budgeting for ad hoc activities.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by HRD from time to time.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree Business administration, finance, accounting - audit.
• At least 02 years of work experience as team supervisor.
• Ensure financial compliance at the Corporate
• Solve problems related to performance quality and compliance
• Solve problems related to external affairs of the Corporate
• Analytic ability and logical approach
• Persuasion and negotiation.
• Work independently.
