1. Receive design, samples from Customer and study to understand Customer requirements/ product requirements
2. Design process step, setup manufacturing process and quality control process
3. Develop Working method, Inspection Method, Testing Method and train for employee
4. Ensuring Process Capability, Product Quality as per requirements
Yêu cầu
1. Having from 3 years working in cable manufacturing company (Cable, Harness, fiber cable..)
2. Familiar with Cable manufacturing equipment such as Schleuniger wire cutter , wire stripping , Connector crimping , terminal welding...
3. Familiar with cable testing fixture development, cable testing machine selection
4. Hands on IPC620 (WHMA - wiring harness manufacturing association ) standards
5. Able to do RFQ (Request for Quotation) for cable process
6. English fluent
7. Fluent in Design software (AutoCAD or similar tools)
