Mô tả công việc
- Prepare human resource organization-related documents.
- Monitoring and preparing records for cases of labor discipline violations and records for emulation and reward consideration according to regulations.
- Compile and report statistics on personnel fluctuations monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Developing, organizing, and supervising the implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conducting legal work, managing labor relations and internal communications.
- Participate in disciplinary actions.
- Carrying out tasks related to reward work, such as drafting documents, decisions, reward submission documents, and reward proposal documents of the department or as assigned by the Head of Department or Director of Human Resources.
Yêu cầu
- University degree or higher.
- Priority is given to majors in business administration, industrial management, human resource management, and office administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Responsible, diligent, and knowledgeable about legal operations and human resource organization.
- Knowledgeable about labor laws, relevant guidelines, and current company policies.
- Good thinking, creativity, analysis, and synthesis abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate well in groups.
-Proactive, high sense of responsibility, and good document editing skills.
- Proficient in office information technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
