Mô tả công việc
- Doing research on clients and candidates
- Scouting candidates, screening CVs, Phone - interviewing, supporting Candidates from Face to Face - interview to start working
- Making resumes, encoding information of candidates on the system, endorsing candidates to our clients via recruitment advisors, setting interviews for candidates with clients, following up candidates.
- Make Daily Sale reports and Weekly reports.
- Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree.
- English: Strong Intermediate
- From 4 years of fulltime working experience, including 2-3 years as SALES/Consultant and interested in the HR industry
OR From 2 years as Headhunter/Recruitment Consultant.
- Having a great mindset to achieve the Sales Target.
- Familiar with KPI management.
- Positive energy, highly proactive
