Case Manager (Relationship Manager No Sales)

We are looking for additional member to join our thriving financial brokerage firm, in our Ho Chi Minh City office. As a dynamic and successful company, we have a solid track record of assisting clients in securing financing for their dream homes and diverse financial needs. Our commitment to delivering personalized services sets us apart, and we are now seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Case Manager.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Case Manager, you will be managing/assisting with the loan application process from post the initial client enquiry, through to settlement, along with any other administration tasks allocated by the company.
The role includes but is not limited to:
• Directly engage with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Manage loan applications from initial assessment through to settlement.
• Client onboarding engagement and collecting supporting documents.
• Application validation, data entry and lodgement through systems.
• Communicating with clients throughout the lending process
• Liaising with Lenders & Conveyancers/Solicitors to ensure on time settlement and a smooth client experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.
• Perform various lending administrative tasks.
