Cashier (Able to Work Shift)

• Keeps the Cage Supervisor informed of relevant information relating to all aspects of the gaming environment, e.g. suspicious guest, guest request, and cash transaction above the limit. • Demonstrates conciseness, clarity, tact and cordiality in both written and verbal communications. • Effectively communicates with Cage Supervisors and co-workers. • Demonstrates a professional and friendly manner when communicating with all guests/members. • Effectively explains the games and gives correct information to guests in a cheerful and patient manner. • Recognizes and meets guests/members needs concisely and timely. • Understand the guests/members and offer appropriate assistance. • Know your guests/members and build a good relationship with them. • Applies house rules at all times. • Performs job requirements within scope of responsibility concisely, accurately, thoroughly and in a timely fashion • Demonstrates quality work, accuracy, thoroughness, and dependability • Comply Palazzo Club rules and procedures at all time
