Center Manager - Lead with Purpose, Grow with Us

What You'll Do
1. Lead Business Growth & Sales
Take full responsibility for your center's sales and performance
Set goals, track results, and make plans to grow student numbers
Focus on both new sales and keeping current customers happy and engaged
Make sure daily operations run smoothly and follow company standards
2. Ensure Excellent Customer Experience
Create a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience for every student and parent
Handle any feedback or problems quickly and effectively
Work with your team to make sure service is consistent and high-quality
3. Manage Operations & Improve Efficiency
Look for ways to improve how things work at the center
Help reduce waste and increase center profitability
Work closely with other departments (Academics, Marketing, HR...) to make things better
4. Build & Support Your Team
Hire, train, and develop staff - especially the sales and service teams
Provide coaching and regular feedback to help them grow
Create a positive work environment where everyone works toward shared goals
Make sure your team understands company policies, but also encourage smart improvements
Yêu cầu
Who We're Looking For
Must-have
At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in education or a fast-growing company
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong background in sales and customer service
Excellent team management and communication skills
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Nice-to-have
Experience leading a sales or operations team of 10 or more people
Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving
Able to use data to make smart decisions and improve results
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs, and supporting the team to reach them
Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow fast in a leadership role
