This role uses data analysis to enhance sales and operations by leveraging retail data expertise to shape top-level strategies. The Senior Data Analyst is the main point of contact for data analysis, leading efforts to optimize decision-making and performance. Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly tasks ensure timely and accurate data reporting and analysis.
Expertise on:
Understanding supply and demand dynamics and utilizing operational insights for strategic planning.
Collaborating with departments to implement data solutions and provide insights. Leading data projects to analyze business requirements and data solutions and offer insights.
Created and managed reports, advised on data-driven challenges, and spearheaded projects related to range-sourcing and vendor development.
Fostering a data-driven culture to achieve strategic goals.
Developing and maintaining management reports for various functions.
Analyzing sales data for insights on seasonality, price segmentation, and channel traffic.
Responsible
Data Mining and Cleaning:
Daily: Extract and clean data from various sources, including sales bundles, stock records, COGS, stock movement, and selling prices, to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Building and Providing Data Sources:
Daily: Develop and maintain robust data sources, leveraging systems like GOLD-SAP to support analysis and reporting needs.
Manage Data Reporting:
Daily: Provide updates on key performance metrics as needed.
Weekly: Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, category-family-subfamily performance, traffic trends, top rankings, range style, and strategic insights.
Bi-weekly: Present insights in a clear and actionable manner using data visualization techniques.
Monthly: Prepare detailed monthly reports summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
Manage Dashboard:
Daily: Monitor and maintain dynamic dashboards to track sales and stock performance.
Weekly: Update dashboards with the latest data and insights.
Monthly: Review and refine dashboard design and functionality as needed.
Customizing Ad-hoc Analyses:
As needed: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and customize ad-hoc analyses on product segmentation, inventory status, and campaign performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A bachelor's degree or higher in economics, information systems, or a relevant field
At least three years of experience as a data analyst or a similar role in a commercial environment
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling techniques
Competency in at least one BI application (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), preferably Microsoft data and BI applications
High-level analytical skills with a strong emphasis on data mining and data visualization
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Vietnamese
Experience in working with functional departments such as sales, marketing, finance, etc.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
