Key Responsibilities:
Build and grow channel partnerships in Vietnam through targeted recruitment and ongoing support.
Co-develop go-to-market plans with partners and ensure alignment with AVTech's revenue goals.
Educate partners on product roadmap, integrations (e.g., Zoom + Workvivo, eSentire + Splunk), and deployment strategies.
Enable partners via regular workshops, demo sessions, and technical pre-sales collaboration.
Lead territory-based initiatives such as Lunch & Learn, regional roadshows, and webinars.
Track sales activities using CRM and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Information Technology.
3-5 years experience in sales or channel development in tech (SaaS or cybersecurity a plus).
Solid understanding of the Southern Vietnam technology partner landscape.
Experience with enterprise or SME partner models.
Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
Vietnamese fluency, and working English proficiency is required.
