- Support design, development, and release of chassis components.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications.
- Manage engineering changes, documentation, and updates.
- Coordinate trial activities and support launch processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth production phases.
Yêu cầu
There are 2 scopes of work in Chassis Module with main skills/experiences as below:
1. Chassis Module Lead Engineer: 1 position (Strong leadership and organizational skills)
- Deep knowledge about Chassis components development
- Chassis Module Leadership
- CAD experience (Catia V5), Team Center experience for Chassis Design and Development
- Engineering Change Management
- Document Management.- Deep acknowledge about engineering document SPB, DFMEA, DVP, Design Change, Design Deviation
- Chassis Components & manufacturing process knowledge.
- Trial and Launch coordination, lead the planning, coordination and execution of trials, in collaboration with plant teams.
- Root cause analysis and Troubleshooting.
- Program Updates & Monitoring
- Minimum of 4 years of experience required, being familiar with VF system/other OEMs is a plus
2. Chassis Design release and Launch Engineer: 4 positions
- Senior CAD (CATIA) for Chassis Design and Development Expertise
- EBOM management/ Engineering Change Management, Documentation Management
- Trial & Launch Coordination, plan, conduct and coordinate trials and launch activities in collaboration with the plant.
- Responsible for CAD feasibility, CAD deliverable, Design Change Management, Design Issue Solving
- Troubleshooting & Root cause Analysis
- Vehicle Dynamics knowledge desired
- At least 3-5 years of experience, being familiar with VF system/other OEMs is a plus
- The areas/components of expertise for each of the 4 position are:
+ Brake system / Driveline
+ Steering system
+ Suspension system and mounts
+ Tires and Wheels
