We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Gypsy Da Nang. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of a specific section of our menu (e.g., appetizers, desserts, pasta, etc.) ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently prepared and presented to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Execution:
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Assist in menu development and testing of new dishes.
Kitchen Operations:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Assist with the supervision of kitchen staff during service.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality food and service.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
