Asst. Manager Sales / Manager Sales
1. Lead a team of Chemical/Plastic
sales staff. Responsible for well-being of the company's financial growth and stability in terms of making a profit or loss
2. Immediate Supervisor - General Director
Job Description/Responsibilities
1. Responsible and accountable to drive and deliver Department's Annual Operation Plan commitments which is the Annual Sales Budget in terms of Revenues, profit, working capital and operational performance.
2. Managing the performance of each employee (according to Sales Budget and KRA)
3. Sustaining current market position and growing market share
4. Creating Business Plans to support the company's financial objectives
5. Maintain high standard of communication with our Principals for our product lines by providing proper market report and achieving the annual target set. Also continue to look for new Product's principal to ensure business growth
6. Supporting sales teams in retention of existing clients
7. Provide Guidance, Direction and Development Opportunities that allow staff talents to be identified and groomed
8. Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them
9. Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
10.Coorperate with Admin team in the operation of Warehouse and Logistic in order to support to the sales team
11.Responsible to submit Monthly or Annual Sales Report as per company's request.
