Work Location: VSIP 1 & VSIP 3 - BÌNH DƯƠNG
Working hours: This position requires shift work (rotational shifts)
Basic Function
- Provide technical support for plating and wet chemical processes (Front End, Assembly, System).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools, fixtures, equipment, chemicals, and materials.
- Troubleshoot production issues, ensure smooth machine operation, and analyze process data.
- Lead process improvement, cost-saving, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Process Control, Improvement & Development (40%)
- Manage QRB projects for process/equipment change; ensure on-time release to production.
- Support process and product development across departments.
- Complete ECOs (procedures, drawings, BOMs, SCDs).
- Support SQE for new parts/supplier qualifications.
- Identify improvement opportunities, review processes regularly, train operators.
2) Process Support & Quality Control (30%)
- Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) for new parts.
- Control processes per ISO & audit requirements.
- Analyze defects using QC tools, implement corrective actions.
- Check/control chemical age; monitor SPC & data shifts.
3) Equipment Setup & Maintenance (20%)
- Set up/modify manufacturing, measuring, and testing equipment.
- Work with suppliers for troubleshooting, perform verification & calibration.
- Collaborate with NPI/local machine shops on tooling and fixture improvement.
- Ensure process parameters are properly recorded in DMS.
4) Others (10%)
- Achieve annual SMART goals.
- Participate in required trainings.
- Maintain safe, clean, and quality work environment.
- Stay adaptable and cooperative with others.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science/Engineering.
- Experience: ≥2 years in manufacturing (troubleshooting plating or wet chemical processes).
- Skills & Abilities:
• SPC, shop-floor control, process improvement.
• Knowledge of technical drawings, tooling, and fixtures.
• Equipment setup, troubleshooting, and management.
• Proficiency in MS Office & statistical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments under general instructions.
