Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for day to day financial (Payment and Collection) and accounting (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory, and etc.) operations.
• Responsible for Tax Report: Prepare tax report (CIT, PIT, VAT and others) and coordinate with tax authority.
• Responsible for setting up budget, monitoring and control.
• Closing the financial statement and send financial information to consolidate with shareholder on the time manner.
• Coordinate and work with auditor both of External and Internal.
• Prepare Managerial Analysis report
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting (MBA major in Finance is preferred)
• Certificate of Chief Accountant
• 5 to 10 years working experience working in Sales and Marketing or trading business
• Having experience in setting up Accounting system for new company
• Proficiency in Vietnamese Accounting Standard, financial laws, and Tax expertise (PIT, CIT, VAT and other local taxes)
• Familiar with ERP system (SAP is preferred)
• Experience in maintaining financial statement including monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing
• Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing, Thai Language understanding is a big advantage
• Organization and management skills
• Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal, analytic, and reporting skills
