Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant (Manufacturing, $1600, ID 17367)
Check inventory/AP/AR/FA/Trial Balance data in ERP (JDE).
Monitor actual vs. standard cost, analyze variances, and report reasons.
Support/train subordinates on SOPs.
Ensure timely and accurate recognition of revenue/sales/material/inventory transactions.
Create/check monthly financial forecasts (PL, CF, BS, Trial Balance).
Maintain general ledger per Vietnamese regulations (VN GAAP/VAS).
Prepare quarterly/annual CIT declarations and handle FS, tax, and TP audits.
Prepare Budget and Forecast BS, PL, CF reports.
Support accounting projects for related parties.
Update/train on new government regulations for relevant departments.
Establish accounting procedures/SOPs.
Report to the Department of Statistics.
Respond to internal (JSOX) and related party audits.
Analyze risks and report to management.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
University degree in Accounting.
5 years of experience as Chief Accountant in manufacturing units
Proficient in Excel.
Chief Accountant certification
English proficiency
