New set up Japanese company is launching new project, looking for a Chief Account with main following duties:
Head of accounting section of new project (around 10,000 units)
Leads compliance with the business's internal corporate framework policies and finance manuals.
Oversees all activities of the accounting and tax departments and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives.
Ensures that there is consistency in procedures and policies across the accounting department and that these policies are appropriately set for the achievement of the business's overall goals and objectives.
Leads compliance with the business's internal corporate framework policies and finance manuals.

Graduated from University with the major in accounting
From 35 years old
More than 5-year working experience as Chief Accountant (Experience in Real Estate Company is preferable/not mandatory)
Good command in English, particularly in speaking & writing
Deep knowledge about accounting system (SAP etc.) and experience of being involved in set-up of new accounting system in the company is preferable.
Good experience in tax field, especially managing Tax Investigation by directly working with Tax Authorities
Having CPA or ACCA is preferable but not mandatory
Experience of consolidated accounting is preferable
Good experience on work with bank, external audit, corporate with other suppliers.
