Job Description
Financial control:
Ensure the quality of financial statements
Responsible for financial reports, analysis and control; cashflow management
Assist BOD in business plan and strategy
Accounting system management:
Manage and operate accouting system
Monitor and implement all accounts payable,
account receivablePerform procedures control, cost control
Responsible for the fiscal (Tax, VAT, CIT) declarations
Deliver accounting reporting compliance with requirements
Be in charge of
procurement management and business legal
Requirement
At least 5 years proven experience as a chief accountant or
accounting managerExperience in business planning is preferable
Familiar with tax regulations and compliance system management
Good communication skill, strong people skill
Well-organised, good time management skill
Strong in procedure control and deployment is a plus
Good verbal and written in English
Experience in M&A is an advantage
