Objective:
Manage all accounting activities for Thai F&B
Manage Performance and Develop capabilities for Accounting Staffs
Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/yearly financial statement and tax finalisation reports
Priamary liaison for Thai F&B in all aspects pertaining to Accounting
Work with the Banks/ Auditors/ Taxes
Key responsibilties
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Check relevant accounting information on the Sales Contract.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to have full information to take action for new requirement in time.
Responsible for the quality of monthly accounting statements (reconciling IC transactions, bank transactions, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, allocating prepaid expenses, sales, discounts, VAT, interest or loss of exchange rate difference, inventory, etc.)
Perform financial reports (P/L, BS and CF) and explain the implementation of financial reports to CFO/Group
Plan for cash flow on weekly/monthly/quarterly
Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities, ensuring compliance with audit and tax requirements.
Check the declaration and approval of related tax payments, ensure submission of tax reports (VAT, CIT, FCT, Excise duty) on time
Understanding of transfer pricing reports/Preparing detailed data for Transfer Pricing.
Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards, tax policies (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, Excise Duty), implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices and policies.
Mentor and provide guidance to the accounting team, promoting professional growth and ensuring high-quality work.
