About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. This position plays a key role in managing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations, and supporting project-related financial activities including client claims and contractor payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including:
Client claims and progress payment tracking;
Sub-contractor and supplier payments monitoring and verification;
Bank transactions for both local and international payments;
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all accounting entries;
Handle VAT, CIT, PIT, and other tax compliance in accordance with Vietnamese laws;
Monitor and manage import transactions, including duties and customs procedures for materials/products from overseas;
Coordinate with project teams for cost tracking and financial forecasting;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements;
Liaise with external auditors, tax officers, and relevant authorities;
Lead and mentor a small accounting team to ensure performance and compliance.

Requirements:
Ale to deal with tax and do financial report
Experience with construction
Understand well about oversea transaction
100% speaking English
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Certified Chief Accountant (CCA) license in Vietnam is required;
At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in the construction industry;
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese tax law, accounting standards, and import/export procedures;
Familiarity with banking procedures and international transfers;
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Preferred:
Experience working with foreign-invested or international construction firms;
English proficiency is a plus (especially for communication with overseas partners).
