Chief Accountant

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
1) Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in the Misa system.
2) Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Bank Reconciliation for all banks
• Accounts Reconciliation
• Prepare Sales and Purchases and encode to Tax bureau System
a) Sales for all platforms, Offline, Tiktok, Shoppee, Lazada and Offline
b) Importations
c) Purchases
4) Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with company policy.
5) Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6) Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
7) Analyze financial data and assist in identifying trends and variances.
8) Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations.
9) Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
10) Requires management skills, familiarity with local financial regulations, and the ability to handle detailed tasks.
