1. Treasury Management
• Lead and manage treasury operations, including bank guarantee processes, FX trading activities, and short-term deposit management. Coordinate with customers, banks, corporate treasury, and internal stakeholders to negotiate guarantee terms and ensure effective treasury execution. Monitor foreign exchange transactions, optimize liquidity and interest income, and ensure compliance with treasury policies and governance requirements.
2. Accounting Operations
• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Tax. Ensure timely financial reporting, effective internal controls, accurate cost allocation, including global charge back, and compliance with both local and global regulations. Collaborate with Shared Service Centers (SSC) and external service providers to monitor accounting performance and process improvement.
3. Financial Reporting
• Monitor project financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and revenue recognition, while partnering with
project managers to ensure alignment between financials and project progress.
• Prepare and review financial reports, management reports, and performance analysis following company's requirement. Ensure timely corporate reporting submissions, and deliver statutory, tax, and group reporting requirements, including sustainability reporting.
4. Audit & Compliance
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors during annual audits. Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents. Review and validate audit adjustments and final financial statements.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews as required. Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and governance standards.
5. Systems, Processes & Governance
• Oversee ERP system usage, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Maintain master data integrity (vendors, customers).
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analysis tools.
6. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely cross functions (Divisions and HR).
• Support business decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
• Provide data and reports for transfer pricing, internal audits, and other stakeholders.
7. Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Allocate workload effectively and ensure team performance meets KPIs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
