Mô tả công việc
Workplace: 3rd Floor, BMM Building, Phuc La Ward, Ha Dong District, HNC.
Working time:
- 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday (Lunch break: 12:00 PM- 1:15 PM)
- 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturday
Direct reporting: Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in making, shaping and executing our financial strategy to support the company's growth objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial management.
What you will be doing:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization's business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Align financial goals with company's Balanced Scorecard framework.
2. Financial Operations & Risk Management
- Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, and tax compliance.
- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.
3. Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including equity financing and debt management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
4. Business Performance & Cost Optimization
- Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Support decision-making with data-driven financial insights.
Implement financial technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
5. Expansion & International Growth
- Support Coolmate's expansion into Thailand and other markets by ensuring financial viability.
- Establish financial structures and compliance processes for international operations.
6. Leadership & Team Management
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a strong financial culture within the company.
Working time:
- 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday (Lunch break: 12:00 PM- 1:15 PM)
- 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturday

Yêu cầu
1. Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and preferably in the apparel industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
2. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in teams.
5. Leadership Skills:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead teams and inspire team members.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
6. Personal Qualities:
- Integrity and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn, innovate, and adapt to change.
- Proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Other Requirements:
- Strong English skills in reading and writing (ability to understand and respond to emails, reports, and technical documents).
- Experience in communicating with international suppliers is a plus
- Willing to work overtime or handle unexpected tasks.
- Owns a personal computer.
